Cheese spinach sandwich- a quickest snack recipe you will ever make after cheese sandwich. This is my new go-to recipe for my kiddo and she really is loving her veggie to the core. It's very easy even kids can attempt making with a little help from adults.Making their own will be fun and will really make them happy and satisfied too.
When I really make this: On those weekends when there is literally no mood to cook anything you can make a lunch meal with some simple cucumber or some veggies salad. It will be a different and entirely delicious menu that kids would love.Sometimes kids don't like to have spinach/veggie when
cooked in stir fry or dal form. You have to sneak the veggies they avoid in their favorite pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwich. This is one among the pure vegetarian idea I am sharing with spinach.Even I love peanut butter banana and corn cheese combination in a sandwich.
How I got the flavors: I would really love to experiment with flavors when it comes to cooking.I sometimes put the remaining fresh rasam powder in some poriyal/stir fry. This serves two purpose use the leftover and we can have a not so boring regular flavor. Sometimes my experiment turns awesome and most of the times it will be a flop(hehe)
Coming to the recipe- Flavors of spinach, garlic, pepper and cheese is awesome. The oozy cheese when combined with fresh spinach sauteed in garlic give a more deep flavor and a boost of taste especially increase your energy level. You don't miss anything of course I mean your regular food when you eat this.
