Bread Halwa Recipe | Diwali Recipes | Guest Post

Hello readers/friends Yet another guest post.
Blogging... is really wonderful ,how fortunate i am, to be in this blogging world.I got to learn new things, got new friends, share my thoughts through my post, Apart from that it is so wonderful to make something new (food),when its turn out super delicious there is no word for it?Seriously you along with your dearies can enjoy  new cuisine, variety everyday. Now a days i don't feel like going to restaturants and hotels.
Bread halwa

Bread Halwa -  Dessert ,my mom makes during diwali..Its a creamy ,rich dessert.Definitely you feel like having one more bite. Its so delicious and rich than any other sweets i bet .We kids love bread halwa equally like gulab jamunmaavu urundai and Boondi Ladoo. No body can make it out, its made out of bread.

This bread halwa post is for a sweet friend Sooriya of  Delectable Flavours
She is younger in blogosphere but she is very talented take my word. She has a wonderful blog and she has many wonderful non-veg recipes, specially many Chettinad dishes. She is a talented photographer too.She got really interesting post like kari dosa(dosa on mutton curry),broccoli lollipop.Hop on to her site to find more about her.
I am very happy that i share one of my mom's best recipe in her blog..
Bread halwa

Previously you guys have seen her guest post masala pav few days back. Now its my turn. She requested a dessert. Its been long since she asked ,but i couldn't make it.Sorry for  the late guest post sooriya.Did i say we hail from same place ?Check out full detailed bread halwa recipe.

Bread halwa

Note:
  • Don't over cook  after the halwa thickens and comes together.
  • If you over cook it no problem place them in greased surface and cut it down.
  • You can add more ghee if required..but this much ghee and sugar itself is more than enough to get the richness the halwa needs.

More to come.
