Paruppu Usili | Beans Usili

Paruppu usili the tastiest south Indian curry with the protein and goodness of veggie at one go.Even though making it takes a little more time compared to other sides, you can be happy that its the best and very different one.

Some people make usili with chana dal, i make with only toor dal.Same way i make usili with beetroot and banana flower too.Usili and mor kulambhu is the best combo in the past, now and for ever.I really enjoyed making it,Guess you guys will too.

Note:
  •  I am being lazy to steam the toor dal mixture in idly pot. This method saves 20 minutes of your xooking time than the above mentioned method.
  • If you are steaming the mixture it takes little more oil than i have mentioned here.
  • You can follow the same procedure and do with beetroot and banana flower too.
