Do you know ginger is powerful pain killer like ibuprofen, aspirin. It fights against common respiratory problems by expanding the lungs and loosening up the phlegm.Ginger helps in increasing your immunity.Eat ginger in moderation. In Tamil there is a saying "alavuku minjinal amirthamum nanju" means everything in moderation(even if it is elixir).
In andhra ginger chutney is called allam pachadi and is made without onions.I added onions to get a good amount of chutney.I usually make ginger chutney along with vendhaya dosai.Ginger chutney can be best accompaniment for  idli, dosa, pesarattu or any breakfast items. Now we will see how to cook ginger chutney.
