Punjabi Chicken Curry - rich chicken curry made with ghee, yogurt as the main ingredient. I didn't eat the curry, but i can see it in their eyes... how much they liked it.My dearies enjoyed the chicken curry  with chapathi and dosa. This is no regular chicken curry, its really different than others. After i saw it in sanjeev kapoor's book,i made it the same day.

I love Punjabi food, everything from chole bhature to ghee rich desserts, especially their thick sweet lassi's are just amazing.I usually make paneer tikka masala or gobhi adraki from Punjab, both are different curries that taste great with roti.

This chicken is one among those fantastic food to relish from punjab. To get a really mouth watering curry give chicken time to get flavors of masala. You have to cook them in low fire, at least half an hour. Then you are all set to enjoy the curry with roti, chapathi, paratha or even parota
