Mooli Paratha Recipe | Paratha Recipes | Step By Step Pictures

Mooli Paratha- a delicious paratha made with grated radish and Indian spices.Paratha's are delicious and healthy flat bread made with whole wheat flour and is consumed in northern part of India.I love paratha.Paratha is simple in itself ,with all the spices and veggies with nutrition its wholesome too, also can be made quick compared to chapathi or roti. A simple yogurt or pickle is more than enough to gobble a few paratha.I simply love any paratha be it Chana paratha, aloo paratha, mooli paratha or this mooli paratha.

Mooli Paratha/any paratha can be made in two ways.Yes !!! you can stuff  the vegetable/mooli and make paratha or just saute the vegetable/radish ,mix with wheat flour and make paratha.Either of them is tasty. This mooli paratha is made by sauteing radish with some spices and is mixed with wheat flour. This is the more quick and less messy way of preparing mooli paratha ,i feel. Now off to the way i made it.

Tip:

  • Saute radish can be used as a stuffing or can be mixed with wheat flour to make paratha.
  • Make the paratha little thick and cook it more than phulkha.
  • You can add more oil or ghee as per your taste also, if you prefer to add more radish you can add so.
  • If you are using fresh grated radish try to squeeze the juice after adding salt,to keep the rolling less messy.
