Leftover's are big head ache to any women or at least for me.One day i cooked more moong dal for making dal but i was not using all of them.I kept in fridge and used next day for making this yummy moong dal paratha.
Quick info:Moong dal paratha is a traditional rajasthani paratha.
I kneaded moongdal along with wheat flour. You can also do stuffing with moong dal along with onion, fresh coriander leaves etc(if you are trying to stuff then cook moong dal until tender not mushy). Some people soak and crush the moong dal to pieces(without pressure cooking0 and use it as filling or mix them up along with wheat flour. If you like little tang, you can add amchur powder or yogurt while mixing up.
Over all this is a soft, delicious and mildly spiced paratha, going to take a favourite spot in breakfast, brunch, dinner .
