I love paratha. Its far easy than chapathi according to me.I can make just one dish.Paratha's are best in hurry mornings or even for dinners ,when you are tired. If you like to explore more of paratha check the link
green chana paratha,methi paratha,aloo paratha,leftover moongdal paratha,mooli paratha.
Kids don't like to eat any healthy food for that matter greens too.So feeding toddlers and kids is a big task.Spinach paratha is easy to feed kids ,who are not fond of greens.Spinach puree makes the paratha green ,kids would go crazy for it.To make the paratha more attractive/interesting - roll the paratha, cut ,insert a tooth pick(this can hold the paratha  also makes a non-messy hand). That makes a green chapathi lollipop.
