Mixture Recipe | South Indian Style | Snack Ideas

Mixture is a south Indian snack made by mixing various deep fried ingredients. It is spicy ,sweet ,crunchy and very addictive.I love especially oma podi very much. When i was a kid my grand pa used to buy it for me .Its his favorite i guess.
mixture recipe

I love sweet and spicy kind not the spicy ones.Commercially available packets of mixture has lot of salt that makes it in edible( at least for me).So i thought of preparing my own just because  i missed my home very much during the last diwali.
At evenings when you mouth carves for some spicy snack you can have it with a cup of coffee.Even i prefer garnishing my bisibelabath and curd rice with this.During preparation i saved some sev for eating as is.So i must have got around 1 to 1 1/4 kg .

The taste of homemade stuff , the satisfaction  and love while making the recipe also seeing our dears enjoying will never be the same when we give them the store bought snack, right?Do i need to say my dearies loved it very much ? So for the upcoming Christmas prepare and share this mixture with your friends and family.
Note:My ladle hole was big ,so my boondhi is out of shape.I fried my oma podi little more time that's why color is brown otherwise it will be yellow(My thin sev press got a bigger hole in the middle that's why).
