Fruit Pops With Mango Pineapple | Zero Sugar Popsicle

    Fruit Popsicle/Fruit Pops a treat to kids and for the hard working mommies out there.What is special about this fruit Popsicle? It is made of real fruit !!!!! No additives,preservative and Gluten free and of course sugar free and its really vegan.A real treat ,right ?

    Regular visitors would know my experiments in kitchen.That's what kitchenodyssey is all about making real food !!!  well balanced, is not processed,from scratch,without many additives and also lip smacking.Exceptions are cakes and instant breakfast.Without leavening agents bread won't puff and cakes will be hard ,phew !!!.
    OK.. Let's talk about Popsicle now.This  fruit Popsicle recipe is made with real pineapple and mango.. no concentrates,no artificial colours.So if you have kids who are really fussy, you complaint about their eating habits.. make sure you give a try of this fruity mango-pineapple Popsicle.

Variations /Tips to get perfect Mango fruit popsicle:
  •  In case you really is a sweet person,then add some sugar according to your taste.
  • Nylon sago added would make this Popsicle extra yummy.You would remember your childhood days when you eat it with nylon sago.Wish i could have added more sago pearls.
  • Absolutely no mess!! this Popsicle drops after a very long time so your  kids dress is mess free. 
  • If you are a spice lover, add a pinch of chili powder to your share of Popsicle .I added some in mine and felt like eating street vendors pineapple slices...

 Cuisine: Indian  Category:Dessert  Serve:8-9   Prep time:10 minutes(including rest time) Freeze time:6-8 hours  Total Time:6 hours 10 minutes


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped pineapple(fresh or frozen).
  • 1 1/2 cups mango(fresh or frozen).
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • 1 tsp nylon sago cooked(takes 5 minutes).

How To make Fruity Summery Mango-Pineapple Popsicle:
  • Wash ,peel and chop mangoes.
  • If you are using fresh pineapple wash it ,peel it and chop in to chunks.
  • Add pineapple,mangoes,lemon juice to blender.
  • Puree them,if you have little chunks leave it.This chunks while eating the Popsicle will be very tasty.
  • Clean you mould and add the puree to them.
  • If you don't have mould pour it to plastic serving cups.
  • Use ice sticks for holding the Popsicle.Cover the serving cup with aluminium foil holed in center.
  • Freeze it for 6 hours or over night.
  • Add hot water on outside of the moulds .Carefully pull the Popsicle out from the mould.
  • Your real fruit Popsicle is ready to be enjoyed..Take your time and enjoy the goodness.
