No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake | Individual Serving

Strawberry cheesecake -easy dessert ,which doesn't need an oven(no bake).I made individual serving ,to control the amount that go in and also to reduce the wastage.
I made this cake for the shh cooking secret challenge started by priyasuresh sis,This month my pair is mayuri, she gave me Oreo and strawberry as the secret ingredient.

No bake strawberry cheesecake

Authentic cheesecake requires cream cheese,i made it with Indian cottage cheese.Remember i made a tofu pie,This time i used Oreo cookies ,strawberry jam ,paneer and yogurt..These Changes made the dessert very light and up to my satisfaction.
I made a very small batch, so i couldn't grind the paneer very smooth.I served in the cup cake cups and shot glasses, haven't taken it out.You can make the serving in paper cups or fancy cups .Best for a party dessert,Your guest sure will love this cheesecake. We celebrated valentines day delayed with this sweet dessert. It was really yummy. Now lets look at how i made no bake strawberry cheesecake.
Strawberry cake and Strawberry milkshake are very simple.Have a look at them.

Note:
  • You can use cream cheese instead of paneer(Indian cottage cheese).
  • You can use fresh strawberry pure with corn flour and sugar to make the top layer, instead of jam.
  • Use Marie biscuit or graham crackers instead of Oreo cookies.
  • I got the paneer from shops, better use homemade paneer to make the cheesecake creamy
