What are these roll made of? Dates in this recipe act as a very important ingredient. It helps in binding the nuts together and also give natural sweetness.I added the nuts I had in hand, like almonds, cashew and walnuts there is cranberries and dry coconut flakes which make this taste unique. As a whole it is a sweet, nutty, tangy and crunchy in one bite.Eating one piece will make you full for hours. Pack some 2-3 for office and eat during midday.
