Instead of plain buttermilk can add veggie like white pumpkin,cucumber which makes your skin glow and aids in lose of weight.There is no taste variation in pumpkin buttermilk, i mean buttermilk dominates over white pumpkin.

How to make pumpkin buttermilkCuisine: Indian Category:Drinks Serves:1-2 Cook time:Prep time:5 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped poosanikai/white pumpkin.
- 1 cup of water.
- 1/2 cup yogurt/thayir.
- salt required.
- few jeera/jeeragam.
- small ginger/inji.
- 1 small green chili.
- few chopped coriander leaves.
- Add poosanikai,yogurt,ginger,green chili and blend it to smooth paste.Add more water if required.
- Add required salt.
- Finally add jeera,finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Poosanikai moru/Pumpkin buttermilk is ready.Serve chilled or add ice cubes if desired.
Note:
- Instead of adding jeera,coriander leaves directly you can add while grinding it.
- You can add curry leaves too if you have some.
- Buttermilk is spicy because of green chili,if you want less spice just add it as is.No need of grinding the green chili.
