This is a perfect energy booster like a granola bar,Indian trail mix. That said you can pack it while going on a long trip,Hike or in the cute little kids snack box along with a simple spinach sandwich or peanut butter banana sandwich.
If you are worried that your kids are eating too much sugar stuff this will be perfect to satisfy their sweet tooth, at the same time without any extra empty calories in sugar. It can attract any kid with it's beautiful and elegant look.So their tummy/mouth happy and mummy also happy.
What are these roll made of? Dates in this recipe act as a very important ingredient. It helps in binding the nuts together and also give natural sweetness.I added the nuts I had in hand, like almonds, cashew and walnuts there is cranberries and dry coconut flakes which make this taste unique. As a whole it is a sweet, nutty, tangy and crunchy in one bite.Eating one piece will make you full for hours.
