After eating this snack my husband fell in love with it. We usually try to include in our everyday meal. Whenever I am out of the vegetable, I make coconut masala curry with this. That's a simple and healthy side. Eating the same thing curry was boring for us so I want to make some snack out of it which is healthy and easy too. I saw some oven roasted bean recipes before. So I tried and made it with a success. This is a snack which makes you full for at least 2 hours if you just eat a handful of it.

Step By Step picture recipe for making garlic roasted edamame:
  • Boil and peel the edamame bean from the shell. I actually boiled water in a big pot. Added the bean to it and boiled for around 10 minutes. Peeled and kept  it aside. If  you get shelled ones that are well and good. You save your time peeling those.
  • Add oil to a tava and  add garlic.
