Rasam Vada a tasty variation to regular vadai.Obviously it is vada in rasam.Rasam is a thin soup made with or without lentils along with spice powder/mix.There are so many variations to rasam like lemon rasam, puli rasam, tomato rasam, pineapple rasam, kollu rasam.
Often rasam don't have coconut unless its Mysore rasam.I added Kara bath powder and masoor Dal for making this wonderful soup.It was thick because of the addition of masoor Dal.I haven't expected the rasam to turn this good with kara bhath powder.I have given the recipe to make the rasam powder recipe.
Vadai can make a tasty appetizer /snack.Even makes a wonderful party dish or a get together item.If you are bored of regular vadai or have left over rasam ,you can make it to a tasty snack by preparing the other one.
