Wheat Dosa :This a quick and easy Breakfast recipe. Whenever you run out of dosa batter or when you are not in the mood to do anything fancy like Poori, Adai dosa or Pesarattu ,you can try this Wheat Dosa. All you need is wheat flour... you can make this in a jiffy( i added onion,chilies and coriander for added flavour).
These Wheat dosa's come in handy when you have had a real long day and but you don't want to wait for any take out orders.I love these Wheat dosas very much ,they go very well with mint-corinader chutney

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cup wheat flour
- 3-4 cup of water .
- Salt as required
- 2 green chili(optional)
- few coriander leaves.(optional)
- 1 onion (finely Chopped)(optional)
- Oil for dosa's(use more oil if you want crispy dosa)
- Cut coriander leaves,green chili,onion fine.
- Add water to wheat flour and mix them well until there are no lumps.
- Add salt,corinader leaves,green chili,onion to wheat flour.
- Heat dosa griddle, pour little oil to it .
- Pour the batter from outside and speard it to middle.
- Pour oil over dosa(around 1 tsp)
- Cover it with lid.
- After a min flip them and pour little more oil.
- Continue the above steps for remaining batter as well.
- Serve it with chutney of your choice.
- We had it with varamilagai chutney.
Note:
- While mixing the wheat flour and water you get some lumps ,Break it with hands if necessary .
- If you want thin dosa ,add more water.
- If you want thick dosa ,add less water.
- Mix flour and water well before adding water further.
- You can make wheat dosa without onion,coriander,chilies also.
- If you want a crispy dosa ,batter should be thin and add more oil while flipping it too.
- No need to flip the dosa if you like them sticky.
