Ingredients:
- 1 cup veggies steamed (I used potatoes,cauliflower,carrot).
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 onion.
- 1/2 tomato.
- 1 green chili.
- 1 /4 tsp chili powder.
- 1/4 tsp criander powder.
- A pinch of turmeric.
- 3 inch cinnamon stick.
- Salt as required.
- 1 tsp oil for tempering.
- 1/4 tsp Sombu/fennel
- Few corinder leaves
- Cut the veggies in to cubes.
- Steam and mash them well.
- Chop onion ,tomato and green chili fine.
- Heat the saute pan add oil to it .
- Add fennel and cinnamon stick to it and wait until fennel changes color and nice aroma comes.
- Add onion and green chili and saute them for few minutes.
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute it until onions are translucent.
- Add tomato and saute them until they are cooked through.
- Add turmeric,chili and coriander powder and saute them for sometime.(around a min).
- Add little water and let it boil for a min.
- Add cooked mashed veggies and mix it well .
- If the veggies are still chunky mash them.
- Heat the dosa tava with little oil to it.
- Add dosa batter and make a circle add 1 tsp oil and cover it with lid .
- When its almost done add masala to it and fold it.
- Add little more oil to both sides and cook them until crispy.
- Serve it with chutney or sambar .
- No side dish is needed but you can serve it with your favourite chutneys
