Paratha is a thick Indian flat bread made with whole wheat flour.Sometimes stuffed and many times not.Stuffed ones will be very filling and don't require any side dish, a plain yogurt or simple boondhi raita would be sufficient to enjoy the dinner.
Kids would enjoy this because this bean curd resembles paneer in texture, color and taste. They will never complaint eating one or two.
Now a days because of diabetics, people avoid rice and rice related items and started including lots of whole grains and Millet's in their diet.At the same time eating phulka or chapathi daily will be boring.Variation in the recipe or ingredients gives a satisfaction of not only eating at home, at the same time not getting bored also.I usually try different filling in the paratha like paneer, aloo also add different vegetables like mooli, palak and avocado etc. This is one such version of my recipe .Lets see how to make it.
