I have been thinking of making different variety as we are dosa lovers.Eating same kind can be boring at time right? what about you ?

Step by step picture recipe for making soya dosa:
- Soak idli rice and raw rice together and soya bean and fenugreek seeds together for 4 hours and Grind them separate to fine paste.Making them to paste is a difficult task in Indian mixer.I haven't made a fine paste just made little fine.It took 15 minutes for me to grind everything.
- Combine rice batter ,soya batter together.Mix salt to the batter and mix vigorously.Ferment it overnight or for 8 hours.The next day heat pan where you make dosa.Add oil if its not seasoned before.If you have difficulty in spreading the batter,add little more water to the batter and start making.Add oil and Keep it covered.
- After the dosa is crispier take it out and serve immediately.

- 1/2 cup raw rice/sona masoori.
- 3/4 cup soya bean.
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds(for color and fluffiness).
- Soak idli rice and raw rice together and soya bean and fenugreek seeds together for 4 hours and Grind them separate to fine paste.Making them to paste is a difficult task in Indian mixer.I haven't made a fine paste just made little fine.
- Combine rice batter ,soya batter together .Mix salt to the batter and mix vigorously.
- Ferment it overnight or for 8 hours .
- To make dosa -heat dosa pan.Add oil to it,if its not seasoned before.
- If you are not able to make dosa,add little more water to the batter and start again.
- Add oil and Keep it covered.
- After the dosa is crispier take it out and serve immediately.
Note:
- When you keep the batter in fridge, the batter will become thick so add water accordingly.
- You can also add urad dal while grinding.
Dosa looks so crispy..Indeed it is healthy I hv this in my draft too.. I add some urad dhal too
