Badam Milk Recipe | Indian Drinks

Badam milk is considered to be one of the most healthiest drink. Now a days people are fond of processed food feeling that it can be quick.not knowing what is going in there.A major  seller of badam milk claims that there is less badam and more milk powder and preservatives.,Badam milk requires a whole lot of sugar. If you take badam milk regular take care of  sugar level.

Badam milk is made by making badam to paste/powder and is boiled along with saffron, cardamom, rose essence.I skipped using rose essence. If you have rose essence you can very well add it to badam milk.Badam milk was delicious, thick with badam flavor. If you love sweet badam milk you need to add more sugar than i mentioned in the recipe.
